Moko Live is committed to providing a safe and healthy online environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, and prohibit any content, communication, or behavior involving sexualization or harm of minors.
Information we collect
We may collect account information, contact details, profile information, device information, usage data, and location information when location services are enabled.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve services, send app-related notices, analyze usage, resolve technical issues, protect users, and keep the app operating normally.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Google Play data safety information states that Moko Live does not share data with third parties. The app may collect personal information, photos and videos, and device or other IDs. Data is encrypted in transit, and users can request that data be deleted.
Face data
When beauty features are used, facial landmark data may be processed temporarily on the device. We do not store face images or personally identifiable face data, and face data is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.
Account information and profile data
Depending on how you use Moko Live, account and profile data may include nickname, avatar, gender, age or birth date, language preference, country or region, contact information, user identifiers, account status, support records, and other information you choose to provide.
Device, log, and diagnostics data
We may collect device model, operating system, app version, network status, IP address, device identifiers, crash logs, performance data, access time, feature usage, and security logs to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
Photos, videos, and user content
If you upload, publish, send, or otherwise use photo, video, livestream, chat, profile, or other content features, Moko Live may process that content for hosting, delivery, moderation, abuse prevention, support, and compliance purposes.
Safety, moderation, and legal compliance
We may review reports, user content, profile information, device information, and behavioral signals to detect spam, fraud, harassment, illegal content, child safety risks, platform abuse, and violations of our rules or applicable law.
International service operation
Moko Live is designed for users in multiple countries and languages. Information may be processed in countries or regions different from where you live, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable legal requirements.
Third-party services
We may use service providers for hosting, analytics, security, customer support, app distribution, crash diagnostics, and infrastructure. These providers are permitted to process information only for authorized service purposes.
