Acceptance and eligibility
By using Moko Live, you agree to this agreement and all applicable laws. You must meet the minimum age required in your region and have legal capacity to use the service.
Account and conduct
You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. You agree not to harass, abuse, impersonate others, provide false information, use the service illegally, tamper with the app, or upload harmful code.
Content and platform rights
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Moko Live a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it for app-related purposes. Moko Live software, trademarks, logos, and platform materials may not be copied or modified without permission.
Privacy, termination, and liability
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Moko Live may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this agreement. The service is provided as is, and liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
App store and mobile platform terms
Use of Moko Live through App Store, Google Play, device operating systems, or third-party services may also be subject to the terms, policies, and technical requirements of those platforms.
Safety reports and cooperation
Moko Live may investigate reports, preserve relevant records, remove violating content, restrict accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement or safety organizations when required by law or necessary to protect users.
Changes and contact
