Users are responsible for account security and must not harass, abuse, impersonate others, provide false information, tamper with the app, or upload harmful code.

Users keep ownership of their content, while granting Moko Live a non-exclusive license to use it for app-related purposes. Moko Live software, trademarks, logos, and platform materials remain protected.

The Privacy Policy explains data handling. Moko Live may terminate accounts that violate this agreement. The service is provided as is, and liability is limited as permitted by law.
